Terms of Service

// 1.

1. What Reclaim does

Reclaim is an AI-powered medical billing review service. We analyze the medical bills, EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and denial letters you upload, identify potential errors and overcharges, and draft appeal letters that you may choose to send to your insurer or healthcare provider.

// 2.

2. We are not a law firm

Reclaim does not provide legal advice. We are not attorneys, certified medical billing advocates, or insurance agents. Our service is a software-assisted document review tool. Nothing on this site, in our communications, or in the appeal letters we draft constitutes legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice. If you need legal counsel, consult a licensed attorney.

// 3.

3. How fees work

Reclaim is a $19/month consumer subscription with a 7-day free trial, billed via Stripe. Your subscription unlocks unlimited disputes that are triggered by verified billing emails arriving in your connected Gmail inbox (from insurers and hospital billers on our curated watch list, plus any custom domains you add). You also receive 2 manual unlocks per month for paper bills or providers outside the watch list; manual unlocks reset on the first of each calendar month and do not roll over. There is no contingency fee. 100% of any recovery is yours; we never take a percentage of recovered funds. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.

100% of any money you recover from your provider or insurer is yours to keep. We do not take a percentage.

// 4.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you provide.
  • You agree the documents are real bills addressed to you (or a person you are authorized to act on behalf of).
  • You are responsible for actually sending appeal letters we draft, or you may use our integrated fax service if available.
  • You are responsible for tracking and reporting actual recoveries in the platform when they occur.
// 5.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that any appeal we draft will succeed. Insurance carriers and providers make their own decisions. Past results do not predict future outcomes. The estimated recovery amounts shown in your dashboard are projections, not promises.

// 6.

6. Data and privacy

Your documents, case data, and personal information are stored securely in our infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and your rights.

// 7.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to defraud the service, or upload documents we have reason to believe are fraudulent.

// 8.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaim's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount of fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

// 9.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a banner in your dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
